3.CONCISE DETAILS OF WHOLE SYSTEM 
 3.1 Pre-treatment system

The pre-treatment system is design for the workpiece surface treatment because there has oil,rust or other kinds of dust which will influence the powder coating effect. It mainly includes the shot blasting,spraying,immersion and sand blasting ways.Different kinds of workpieces can be used different kinds ways.

Powder coating system includes the coating booth, recycle system,powder coating reciprocator,and control system. The booth has three kinds of material:cold-rolled sheet, stainless steel and PP.which can be chosen by yourselves. The recycle system has three kinds including filter recycle,multipipe cyclone and mono-cyclone system,our recycle system working rate over 95%. The control system is european brand Electrical switches and control unit.

3.3 Powder curing oven system/dry system

The oven system have two functions including the drying system which is used for drying after the pretreatment(because the pretreatment need the watering which makes the workpiece surface is wet). Another way is used for heating the workpiece which needs the powder dip coating way.
What's more,the oven can be used for powder curing when the temperature reaches 180-250ºC, the powder will stick to the workpiece surface to meet your need.

3.4 conveyor system 

The conveyor system includes retainer,track,chain,hanger,control unit and so on. We can supply all kinds different kinds of accessories to meet all your need.(for example, the chain has 150/200/240/250/300 types wich can hanger different weights of workpiece.)

 3.5 control system

The control system can control the powder coating system, conveyor system, curing system and so on. we use the global famous switches and touch screen which can make sure the system work sucessfully without troubles.
