It mainly consists of the Pre-cheatment system, Automatic Coating system, Powder Coating Curing system, Powder recycling system, drying system, electric control system, conveyor system etc.

 3.1The pre-treatment system(it can be customized according to your component)
 Pre-treatment is used for the components treatment that can make the good coating effect of the components.It mainly uses the spray system or immersion system.

 3.2The drying and powder curing system
 After the last process of pretreatment of watering, the component should be drying before powder coating, the drying system is mainly important part of the whole system.
