Product Description

Sturcture 
The powder supply center is made of a 1.5 mm powder coated steel plate.
Including the following main parts.
1. Pneumatic fluidized and vibrating compound powder feeding tank;
2. Automatic lifting suction pipe and powder pump;
3. Backflushing rapid powder tube cleaning device;



Advantage of powder centre

The advantages of the powder supply center enable rapid color change of the powder, automatic recovery of the powder, automatic sieve powder, and recycling of the powder.
When spraying, it realizes automatic recovery and filtration of powder, automatic ratio of powder and automatic supply of powder. In the color change cleaning, it provides powerful pulse airflow, and quickly cleans the powder pipe, the powder pump, the powder tube and the powder tube inside the spray gun.

The powder supply center is based on the improvement of the traditional European powder supply center. The components such as the powder pump are installed on the special bearing device, which is durable and maintenance-free (Chinese patent application has been accepted).
The powder supply center can realize the functions of powder recycling, powder supply to the spray gun, and automatic cleaning of the powder supply passage.
The powder center keeps the ground environment clean and tidy.
The powder supply center is equipped with an automatic sifter to automatically remove impurities from the recovered powder.

MAIN APPLICATION

1. Pneumatic fluidized and vibrating compound powder feeding hopper;
The powder to be used is poured into the barrel (the powder returned by the recovery system is also injected), and at the bottom of the barrel, a vibrating plate is provided, which can generate vibration according to the required frequency, and at the same time, after opening the fluidized gas source, The powder produces fluidization.

2. Automatic lifting suction tube;
As the powder in the powder supply bucket is used, the powder level drops, and the powder suction tube and the powder pump gradually decrease under the control of the powder level signal, and the powder supply is not interrupted. When the powder is manually added in the powder bucket, The suction tube suction pump is automatically raised.

3. Backwashing powder tube quick cleaning device;
When the spraying operation is completed and a new powder needs to be replaced, the powder accumulated in the powder pipe and the powder pump must be cleaned. At this time, the powder supply bucket is removed, the powder suction tube and the powder pump start to descend, and the head of the powder suction tube is inserted into the back-blowing hole seat, and the original powder supply system is cleaned by back-blowing compressed air, and the cleaning time is short. Clean and thorough.
