 Powder coating is becoming much more popular for the metal process.
 Applying the electrostatic powder coating to objects is to give negative electric charge to the       powder, which is then sprayed towards your workpiece by high voltage electrostatic and then the     power will be attracted onto the workpiece.




2. Work process of powder coating line
    It mainly includes pre-treatment system,powder coating and recycling system, drying and powder curing system and conveyor system as well as control system.

 

3. Specification of powder coating line system
    3.1 pre-treatment system(it is customized choice)
 The pre-treatment system mainly have three kinds of methods:dip coating,spraying and shot blasting. 

	Dip coating pre-treatment  is mainly used for deep corner workpiece and have large area should be treated.
	spraying pre-treatment is commonly used for the shape-regular workpiece and it is the normal pre-treatment way.

3.2 powder coating system and recycling system

The control system can control the conveyor system and curing oven system which is intelligent.
